Plum Bottom Gallery Celebrates 10th Anniversary July 10

Plum Bottom Pottery & Gallery in Egg Harbor will celebrate its 10-year anniversary at Art Show 7 on Sunday, July 10 from 3 – 7 pm. Enjoy the latest the gallery has to offer and celebrate 10 wonderful years in Door County.

Plum Bottom now features  over 50 nationally collected artists in wide ranging mediums.

“It still amazes me sometimes, “ says gallery owner Chad Luberger of the decade he has been in business.  “Thinking back on that first summer and the one room of my work  that was the whole of the gallery. I am so thankful for all the people that have made it possible for the gallery to be where it is today.”

Stop into the gallery to celebrate with good food and Von Stiehl Winery’s  newest creation, “Apfle,” a hard apple cider that is not to be missed.

Luberger will debut his newest one-of-a-kind porcelain creations, including new wall sculptures and hanging ikebana’s. Always looking for ways to push his art form, Luberger’s newest tumble stacked wall sculptures are a stunning evolution of his classic wall flowers.

See the newest wood block prints and dry point etchings from Erin Nolan who creates scenes based on the natural landscape. Nolan’s heart belongs to our most picturesque county as reflected in her work, including a limited edition  dry point etching of the beautiful Plum Bottom Gardens designed by Doug Mancheski. Nolan will be present at the event to answer any questions on her work.

Luberger1aAngela Olson-Luberger’s latest collection of wire wrapped precious stone jewelry is sure to please.  Always on the look out for new and exciting stones,  Olson-Luberger creates beautiful and elegant pieces to fit any wardrobe.

Josephine Geiger will be at the gallery with her newest collection of stained glass featuring waterscapes and beautiful vistas.  Geiger will have a special expanded collection in the gallery for this day only.

Celebrate 10 years of the Plum Bottom Pottery and Gallery Sunday, July 10. Enjoy the picturesque 20-acre landscape with a glass of Von Stiehl’s finest creations, and experience art, finely crafted in the heart of Wisconsin’s Door Peninsula.
