Putting The Brew In February

Harbor Fish Market & Grille and Door County Brewing Company (DCBC) are collaborating on a FeBREWary Dinner Event on Feb. 22. Comfort food nostalgia with an avant-garde twist is the theme. DCBC will conduct a free brewery tour for guests beginning at 4 pm, which will conclude with complimentary beer in their tasting room. Harbor Fish Market & Grill opens at 5 pm with dinner starting at 6:30 pm. The five courses with paired beers from DCBC include beer cheese soup, avocado kale caesar salad, salmon with spaetzle and beef bourguignon. If you still have room, the desserts are a malted chocolate stout layer cake and a milk stout beer float. For more information go to
