Resale Treasures Compliment Fine Art

Forever Grateful Resale Boutique & Whispering Pines Studio & Gallery can be found in the Plum Bottom area of Egg Harbor. Owners Bonnie Mirkiewicz and Brian Pier have a beautiful shop full of eclectic treasures and original fine art.

Mirkiewicz met Pier standing outside her original Kenosha shop. She was seeking artists for her gallery and asked him if he were an artist. His humble response, “I paint a little,” in no way reflected the talent of this self-taught oil painter. A retired operating engineer by trade, Pier creates on a daily basis in his studio in the shop. He finds inspiration in Door County, since much of his work is focused on beautiful seascapes and landscapes.

Forever Grateful features pre-owned, quality treasures that compliment Pier’s art. “Our shop is about people,” says Mirkiewicz. “Each guest is a blessing to us and we are truly grateful.” The words, “Within these walls are no strangers, just friends who have never met,” were printed on the front door of their Kenosha shop. It is their hope that their new Egg Harbor store embodies that same spirit to all who enter.

Forever Grateful Resale Boutique & Whispering Pines Art Gallery is located at 6713 Highway 42, Egg Harbor. The shop is open daily 10 am – 6 pm Monday through Saturday, and 12 – 6 pm Sunday.
