It’s conferred on candidates who complete a multi-year program about annuities, employee benefits, estate and financial planning, income tax, insurance, investments, mutual funds, portfolio management, real estate and retirement.

Schmelzer is president of ROSS Wealth Management and has 25-plus years of experience helping individuals, families and businesses reach their financial goals through offices in Sturgeon Bay and Green Bay.
