Search for Artists

The Miller Art Museum announces a call for entries for the upcoming 39th Juried Annual Exhibit from September 20 – November 4. Artists may submit up to two pieces in all 2 dimensional media using a CD or Flashdrive. The entry fee is $20 and must accompany the entry form. Both emerging and professional artists in northeast Wisconsin, 18 or older, are cordially invited to participate in this competition, juried by art professionals.

The postmark entry deadline is August 18. Hand deliveries can be made at the MAM office/annex mail slot through August 20. Application forms will be sent soon to those on the mailing list. Artists can also pick up applications in the lobby just outside the museum near the arts information rack.

Works must be original, completed within the last two years, not under the direction of a teacher in a class or workshop, and not previously exhibited in Door County. Works may or may not be for sale. The exhibit closes on November 4.

There will be three special merit and three honorable mention cash awards, as well as the Gerhard CF Miller Award of Excellence.
