Sheriff Responds to Robbery in Casco Dec. 17

Shortly after 8 pm on Dec. 17 the Kewaunee County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a robbery on County C near the intersection of County A in the Town of Casco. The victim stated that she was southbound on C when she saw a vehicle stopped in the northbound lane. She stopped to see if the individual needed assistance when a tall, white male in his early 20s approached her with a knife, demanding that she turn over her money. The man was wearing a black jacket and black ski mask. She gave the subject her purse, which contained cash and credit cards. The vehicle was described as a dark, full-sized pickup truck.
