Southern Door Students Receive Cellcom Scholarships

Cellcom has selected 16 graduating high school seniors from across its service area to receive $750 scholarships, including Meghan LaCrosse and Jared Baudhuin of Southern Door High School.

“Our scholarship application emphasizes community involvement, which is a core value of our business. Each of our recipients has gone above and beyond in the community to make a difference,” said Brighid Riordan, senior director of public affairs and customer experience initiatives at Cellcom.

In addition to community involvement, recipients were selected on the basis of academic record, potential to succeed, leadership and participation in school activities, honors, work experience and an essay on community impact.
