Sturgeon Bay School Registration is Aug. 4 & 9

Sturgeon Bay school registration takes place Thursday, Aug. 4, and Tuesday, Aug. 9, from noon to 7 pm. All public school students regardless of grade level should register in the Sturgeon Bay High School Commons on these dates. Completion of registration materials and payment of fees will be taken care of at that time. Those unable to register on either of these two dates should do so in the high school office during business hours.

Parents/guardians of incoming freshmen are invited to an orientation session on Tuesday, Aug. 30, at 7 pm in the Auditorium. During the orientation, various items concerning life as a high school student will be discussed. In addition, information about Bridges (our freshman transition program) will be shared, and families will have an opportunity to meet the Bridges advisers.

This year’s open house will be Wednesday, Aug. 31, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. There is no specific timeline of events for the open house. Parents should bring a copy of their student’s schedule and may spend the evening visiting classrooms and talking with teachers.
