Tannenbaum Holiday Shop Hosts Product Signing

Tannenbaum Holiday Shop will host Bob Byers of Byers’ Choice Ltd, makers of the renowned ‘Carolers’ figurines, on Saturday, October 9 from 1 – 3 pm.

In the late 1960s, Joyce Byers, an amateur artist with a degree in fashion design, wanted to craft a holiday decoration with warmth and respect for timeless traditions and her own memories of Christmas. The unique appearance and handcrafted quality of her ‘Carolers’ quickly gained a following.

Her two sons joined the company and have played an important role in the growth of the firm, with Bob working in production and Jeff helping in marketing and design. Together the family now oversees 180 artisans in Pennsylvania who handcraft those same creations that started on a dining room table many years ago. The company holds true to its steady roots, dedicated to serving its customers in the spirit of Christmas.
