TAP’s 2024 Season Lineup

The plays featured in Third Avenue PlayWorks’ (TAP) 2024 season will span genres from murder-mystery to comedy to drama to chamber musical. 

The season starts May 1-19 with Ms. Holmes & Ms. Watson – Apt. 2B by Kate Hamill, a rollicking murder-mystery that’s filled with suspense and unexpected twists.

Stones in His Pockets by Marie Jones is the second play of the season, onstage June 12-30. The dramedy will explore the impact of the film industry on a rural Irish community, where Hollywood glam collides with local culture.

Next up is Jeeves Saves the Day by Margaret Raether, to be performed July 17 – Aug. 18. The family-friendly performance follows Jeeves, a quick-witted man who navigates a series of entertaining escapades throughout the play.

From Sept. 25 – Oct. 13, No Wake by Erica Berman will explore the ripple effect of unexpected connections and the impact of relationships on our lives.

TAP’s 2024 season wraps up with A Gift of the Magi by James DeVita and Josh Schmidt. The show reimagines a classic story as a heartwarming chamber musical, celebrating generosity and the true spirit of Christmas.
