“Top Chef” Inspires Special Menu At Carrington

Carrington restaurant at Landmark Resort is celebrating the current season of Top Chef with a Cherry Trio Special. In a recent episode, the chef contestants used Door County cherries as an essential ingredient. Carrington’s special dinner for $35 includes a Door County New Fashioned cocktail, slow-cooked ribs with cherry barbecue sauce served with sweet potato fries and coleslaw, and a cherry sundae.
