Traditional Community Dance at Institute Saloon

The Door County Folk Alliance is sponsoring a traditional community dance on Jan. 25 from 7 – 9 pm at the Institute Saloon dance hall on Highway 57 in Institute. There will be live music from the Sugar on the Floor band for all the traditional reels, jigs, and waltzes, and Tim Jenkins will call the dances. Each dance will be taught, and beginners are most welcome. Come alone, with a partner, or bring a group of friends.

There is no entrance fee, but donations are appreciated to help pay for the hall, the caller, and to support community dance in Door County. The dances are alcohol free and open to the public.
