Tuesday Sporting Events Postponed in County

Not only did the forecast of wintry weather result in classes being called off Tuesday at Door County’s schools, it also resulted in several high school sporting events originally scheduled for the evening being postponed.

For Sturgeon Bay, the boys basketball games at Seymour and the home girls basketball games against Kewaunee were rescheduled for Thursday.

For Sevastopol, the home boys basketball games against the Northeast Wisconsin Christian Homeschoolers Athletic Association were rescheduled for Feb. 5 and the girls basketball games at Oconto were postponed until Jan. 25.

Gibraltar’s girls basketball games at Algoma were also postponed.
