Vikings Beaten by Bulldogs in Boys Basketball

Gibraltar’s boys basketball team trailed by eight points at halftime and ended up losing Thursday’s Packerland Conference game at home to Peshtigo, 61-56.

Braden Sitte led the Vikings with 20 points. Liam Lindenberg added 18 with six three-pointers.

The Bulldogs were led by William McMahon with 23 points and Dominik Baxter with 22 points.

Gibraltar, which dropped to 0-4 in the Packerland and 1-5 overall, will seek its first conference win of the season Tuesday at Sevastopol.
