Volunteers Needed for Cleanup and Planting at Jacksonport’s Lakeside Park

On Oct. 8, the Jacksonport Parks Committee is holding a planting and cleanup day in the recent addition to Lakeside Park on the south end of the park. The work begins at 8 am. Be sure to bring your own shovel and rake. The Parks Committee will provide refreshments. If anyone has soil they can donate for the new planting, give Parks Committee Chair Dawn Craig a call at 920.823.2887.
