Women’s Fund Announces 2015 Spring Grant Recipients

The Women’s Fund of Door County is pleased to announce the 2015 Spring Grant awards; the three recipients are Altrusa Club of Door County, Lakeshore CAP and Southern Door School District. Altrusa Club of Door County will use their funds for their Back to School Fair, which insures all Door County students are able to begin school with the essential school supplies. Lakeshore CAP will use their funds for Cradle to Career, a pilot program focusing on the needs of parenting young adults, linking them with services in the community, with the goal of building self-sufficiency. Southern Door Schools will use their funds for Camp Invention, a week-long STEM program for students in grades 1 – 6.
