YMCA Hosts Community Walking Group

Ministry Door County Medical Center is sponsoring a community walking program at the Sturgeon Bay YMCA.

The walking group meets at the outdoor track on Monday or Wednesday from 5 – 6:30 pm; Tuesday from 9 –10 am; or Thursday from 6 – 7 am. This is free to members and nonmembers, and is open to all ages and fitness levels.

A YMCA instructor will lead stretches and answer questions. Feel free to bring strollers.
