Young Optometrist Recognized in Sturgeon Bay

Dr. Paul Filar has recently been named Wisconsin’s 2008 “Young Optometrist of the Year” by the Wisconsin State Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. This award is presented to one outstanding doctor annually, and recognizes the doctor’s exceptional service to optometry, dedication to the visual welfare of the public, and service to the community.
