Zumba Gold® Classes Offered at Staudenmaier Chiropractic Wellness Center

New Zumba Gold® classes will be offered at Staudenmaier Chiropractic Wellness Center beginning April 22. Zumba Gold® uses the same Latin-based dance rhythms and steps as regular Zumba® but with easier choreography and less impact. Participants benefit from the same cardio and toning workout but with one foot always on the floor.

Zumba Gold® is the perfect way for beginners, older active adults and the deconditioned to get moving and get fit in a fun way. Classes will be held 5:30 – 6:15 pm Monday/Wednesday and 10 – 10:45 am Tuesday/Thursday.

Staudenmaier Chiropractic Wellness Center is located at 30 N 18th Avenue in Sturgeon Bay.
