Summer Wildflowers Walk
Take this 1.5-mile guided walk to see a variety of wildflowers and other native plants. This walk covers both level and elevated terrain on bluff slopes with a magnificent view of Green Bay. Kids attending will receive a free nature journal and outdoor activity kit at the completion of the walk. No registration required. Free and open to the public. Family friendly.

Join the walk leaders for a 1.5 mile walk on both level and elevated terrain, with one optional, and somewhat steep, incline. All children attending the walk will receive a free nature journal and outdoor activity kit at the event’s conclusion. Family friendly. No registration required. Free and open to the public.

Buckthorn Blast
A community gathering with short presentations on invasive species and the unique geology of the preserve, educational giveaways, several hikes throughout the morning and recruitment of stewardship volunteers.

Help remove the common invasive and glossy buckthorn plant. Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes and dress appropriately for the weather and the use of herbicide (long sleeves and pants). Equipment provided, bring along your favorite loppers or work gloves if you wish. Water and snacks available.
