2020 State of the State Address to Air on PBS Wisconsin and WPR

Gov. Tony Evers’ 2020 State of the State Address will air live Jan. 22, 7 pm, on PBS Wisconsin and Wisconsin Public Radio (WPR), and it will stream live online at pbswisconsin.org and wpr.org. It will also be rebroadcast at 10 pm on PBS Wisconsin’s Wisconsin Channel. In the address, Evers will highlight priorities for 2020 before a joint session of the Wisconsin State Legislature in the state Capitol building. State Sen. Roger Roth will provide the Republican response following the address. Frederica Freyberg, PBS Wisconsin’s Here & Now anchor; and Shawn Johnson, WPR’s state Capitol bureau chief, will co-anchor the coverage.
