3rd Annual Door County Bluegrass Camp Concert

The gifted musicians and instructors of the Third Annual Door County Bluegrass Camp will mark the camp’s kick-off with two performances at Third Avenue Playhouse on Saturday, July 31 at 4 and 7:30 pm.

Founded in 2008 by Lynn Gudmundsen and Lloyd Michelson, the Bluegrass Camp provides weeklong, intensive instruction in the art of bluegrass music by an impressive array of credentialed professionals including Billy Contreras, Rich Higdon, Jody Wood, Tommy Burroughs, Eric Lewis, and Karen Mal.

Tickets for the Door County Bluegrass Camp Kickoff Concert are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and students, and $8 for children under 12. Tickets are on sale at the theater box office located at 239 N. Third Avenue, Sturgeon Bay. The box office is open from 10 am – 3 pm, Monday through Friday, and one hour prior to performances.
