A Studio Welcome

“Pears and Copper” by Bonnie Paruch.

Artist Bonnie Paruch again welcomes the public to her home-based studio gallery in Sister Bay. Through October, visitors will be able to view her latest paintings, enjoy a conversation and look over her shoulder as she creates her impressions of Door County’s rural, village and shoreline beauty.

In addition to her oils and pastels, she will have available signed copies of her book, A Brush With Life, which highlights 84 of her original works accompanied by her comments and the rich personal stories behind each.

Paruch has won top honors in Plein Air competitions and exhibits across the country. She has been featured in and on the covers of art periodicals and acclaimed as an “artist to collect” by Southwest Art Magazine. A signature member of the Pastel Society of America (PSA), her work has been juried five times in the PSA national shows, earning three awards.

Paruch’s invitational museum exhibition, A Brush With Life, is showing now through August 31 at the Cedarburg Art Museum.

Paruch welcomes visitors Wednesday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm or by appointment at 920.421.1616. For more information visit bonnieparuchart.com.
