Friday, November 13
Free Patriotic Performance by USAF Airlifter Brass
In honor of Veterans Day, Door Community Auditorium will host six professional musicians of the United States Air Force Band of Mid-America’s Airlifter Brass, inspiring patriotism and connecting communities with military service members. Seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. 7 pm.
The 3rd Degree
Rock out with The 3rd Degree at Stone Harbor in Sturgeon Bay. 8 pm.
Saturday, November 14
Kick Off of Merry-Time Festival of Trees
Door County Maritime Museum hosts this nearly month-long celebration of the holidays, with children’s stories under the tree, dozens of beautifully decorated Christmas trees (and a chance to win one in a raffle!) and a holiday cooking demo with Morag Hornsby, of Serves You Right Catering. 9 am.
Backyard Bird Feeders
Learn how to make your own feeders from recycled objects and natural items, and what to put in them to attract our wintering feathered friends, during this workshop at The Ridges. 1 pm.
Sunday, November 15
Open Jam at the Brewery
The Door County Brewing Co. just started an open jam on Sunday afternoons from 3 – 5 pm. Bring your instrument and come on down to collaborate, or just sit by sans instrument and enjoy the beautiful sound of new tunes in the making. 3 – 5 pm.
Vinyl Night at Benny D’z
