Around the Door: ‘If Winter Comes, Can Spring Be Far Behind?’

Not that we can’t appreciate stunning beauty – that of the Sturgeon Bay Ship Canal Pierhead Lighthouse, for instance, as Tim Sweet captured here – but we’re really hoping this variety of winter beauty will soon be done. Meteorological spring has already arrived, and the astrological variety – also known as the spring, or vernal, equinox – arrives March 20. Can actual spring be far behind?
