Austin Claflin Receives DAR Good Citizen Award

Austin Claflin, Southern Door High School senior, was selected by the faculty and members of his class as this year’s recipient of the DAR Good Citizen Award. Each year a senior who best exemplifies outstanding qualities of leadership, dependability, service and patriotism in his/her school, home and community is nominated for this award. The sponsor of this award is the Jean Nicolet Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution. Austin is the son of Pete and Jamie Claflin. Austin is interested in attending Martin Luther College to study pre-seminary studies.
