Baileys Harbor Historical Society Explores Log Houses

The Baileys Harbor Historical Society (baileysharborhistoricalsociety.org) will present “The Log Houses of Chapel Lane” on Aug. 21, 7 pm, at the Baileys Harbor Town Hall, 2392 Cty F. Almost 100 years ago, log summer homes began appearing on Baileys Harbor’s Chapel Lane. Roy Cole will explain the architectural importance of the 11 homes, who built them and how they have evolved through the years. Refreshments will be served.
