Baylake Bank President and CEO Rob Cera recently announced fundraising results from a company-wide community service commitment. Cera and a group of Baylake Bank employees presented a check for $10,000 to Jon McGlocklin, former Milwaukee Bucks player and current television color analyst, and Co-Founder and the President of the MACC Fund on April 24 at the Baylake Bank City Center in downtown Green Bay.

Funds were raised by both Baylake Bank employees and a corporate donation from Baylake Bank. Employees raised 40 percent of the funds from a variety of activities including casual cause days, where employees can donate funds to wear jeans on a Friday, 50/50 raffles, collection of gift baskets for bucket raffles, and fundraising sales in Financial Centers.

Founded in 1976, Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, Inc. (the MACC Fund) is dedicated to funding childhood cancer and related blood disorder research. Cera stated, “I’m motivated to help the MACC Fund grow, and to support my long-time friend Jon McGlocklin in expanding the impact and influence of the MACC Fund within our community. I’m so proud to lead a group of individuals at Baylake Bank who seize the opportunity to build relationships with organizations that provide assistance to those in need—when our employees start something, they go ‘all in.’”
