Birch Creek Ambassadors at Settlement Shops Farm Market

Enjoy the sounds of the Birch Creek Ambassadors at the Settlement Farmer’s Market on Wednesday, July 29. The Ambassadors will play from 10:30 am – 1 pm.

The Ambassadors group was formed in 1999 to serve as Birch Creek’s “goodwill ambassadors,” acquainting Door County with Birch Creek’s mission and programs as they bring jazz to new venues throughout the county. The student musicians are between 15 and 18 years of age and represent the school’s most elite students. Their repertoire consists of jazz standards, with the group composed of a saxophone, trumpet, trombone, piano, bass, drum, and guitar players.

Lunch will be available during the performance by Door County Private Chef, along with a variety of fresh, locally-grown produce, flowers, plants, jams, canned goods and homemade bakery will be available for sale at the Farmer’s Market from 10 am – 2 pm.
