Blossom Run and LiveSTRONG Relay Return to Dock Park

The Door County YMCA brings two great chances to run, walk, or cheer on runners at Dock Park in Egg Harbor on May 11 – the 20th Annual Blossom Run and 2nd Annual LiveSTRONG 10-mile relay.

The annual family oriented Blossom Run includes a 5-mile run, a 2-mile run/walk and a 1-mile youth run. Race day registration begins at 7 am, the 5- and 2-mile runs begin at 8:30 am, and the 1-mile run begins at 9:30 am.

Registration fees are $15 for adults who register by April 29 ($20 from April 30 – May 11); and $10 for children (12 and under). All registrants receive a sport wick t-shirt.

Sign-up for the Blossom Run at either Program Center or visit doorcountyymca.org.

LiveSTRONG at the YMCA is a small-group exercise and movement program that empowers adult cancer survivors to improve their health and quality of life while diminishing the adverse affects of cancer or various cancer treatments.

Proceeds from the 10-mile relay will make this revitalizing program available to cancer survivors in our community.

Teams of 1 – 10 will complete the 10-mile run/walk. To register individually or as a team, contact Nancy Felhofer at [email protected]. Registration deadline is May 3.
