BodyPump Launch at YMCA

The Northern Door YMCA is celebrating the launch of a new group fitness class, Les Mills BodyPump, on January 7 with two free try-it sessions, snacks, giveaways and more.

BodyPump is the original barbell class for strength training that is set to music. Everyone will have the opportunity to meet the instructors and try the class, either from 9 – 10:15 am or 10:15 – 11:30 am. Childcare will be offered from 8 am – noon, and prizes include a kayak tour and bike rental.
