Booyah Orders Accepted Before April 15

A Booyah and Bread lunch will be served at the Belgian Heritage Center on Sunday, April 21, 11 am – 1:00 pm. However, people who want to pre-order take-out quarts of booyah need to email or leave a message by April 15 by emailing [email protected] or calling 920.825.7319.

In addition to this hearty soup, typically cooked in outdoor kettles, the menu will include bread, desserts, and a beverage for $12 for adults, $8 for children ages 4 to 12, and free for children 3 or under. Takeout booyah will be sold for $10 per quart starting at noon. Pre-ordered quarts will be available at 11 am.

As the first event of the 2024 season, visitors will have the opportunity to see the newly completed interior renovations inside the main building, and view the exhibits which tell the story of the Belgian settlement area.

The Belgian Heritage Center is located at 1255 County Highway DK, Brussels.
