Call for Tutoring Volunteers

Literacy Door County, which provides one-to-one adult-literacy tutoring for native and non-native English speakers, is hosting a training session March 25, 12-2:30 pm, for people who are interested in becoming volunteer tutors. 

No prior teaching experience or knowledge of a language other than English is required, but those who have a working knowledge of speaking Spanish are especially needed. A $25 fee is charged for the training session, which will be held at Hope Church, 141 S. 12th Ave. in Sturgeon Bay.
