Cheer Camp

The Sturgeon Bay High School Cheerleading team recently hosted a Summer Cheerleading Camp led by Hayley Bertrand and Haley Flagstad of the St. Norbert College Cheer Team.

The two-day camp focused on fine-tuning skills, team building and goal setting. Sponsors for this year’s camp included Sonny’s Pizzeria, Westwood Shores, Ministry Door County Medical Center and Walmart.

SBHS team members who participated were Sydney Maxwell, Izzy Vreeke, Alyssa Hooks, Shelby Baun, Taylor Frando, Katelyn Brunswick (co-captain), Rachel Seizer, Paige Sullivan, Kelsy Brunswick, Nora Scheer (co-captain), Izzi Boettcher, Ali Estrada, and Kayla Pruden. The team is coached by Dina Boettcher.
