Congratulations to Melanie Hansen

Now this week’s server is anything but dull.
Spent the past two years at the famous White Gull.

She isn’t new to the serving world after all.
Honed her skills on the “Island” with stints at Fiskes and Nelsen Hall.

I say “Hey Mel, why the White Gull? Server like you has no peer.”
“Because the food’s so darn good with folks returning year after year.”

“With the Coulsons it’s like family; they’ve always got your back.”
“Staff’s so fun and dedicated there’s nothing that they lack”

Has a love for serving with interests quite diverse,
But in the future it’s that planned career as a nurse.

She’s energetic, always friendly; no moss grows under her boots.
As you read this little ditty, she’ll be in Europe researching her “roots.”
