On Sept. 12 at 10:30 am, Door County Private Chef will demonstrate how to make a gourmet lunch using locally grown ingredients at the Settlement Shops Farmer’s Market. Grass fed buffalo, organically grown chicken, locally grown vegetables, homemade dressings, and home baked breads by Crusty Uprising will be on the menu.
Door County Private Chef will use ingredients from the food vendors who sell each Wednesday, 10 am – 2 pm, at the Settlement Market.
A fresh lunch prepared by Door County Private Chef is available each week at the Settlement Market. A certified licensed caterer, she also makes delicious foods by appointment for events year round, such as weddings, parties, and family gatherings.
The Settlement Shops Farmer’s Market is held each Wednesday through late October (depending on the weather) and is located one mile south of Fish Creek on Highway 42.
