Court Appearance for Habitat for Humanity Trailer Theft

According to a release from the Sturgeon Bay Police Dept., a 67-year-old Sturgeon Bay resident made his initial court appearance last week in connection with the theft of a trailer and storage shed taken from Door County Habitat for Humanity earlier this year. Gregory R. Noldin was referred to the Door County District Attorney’s office for criminal charges of receiving or concealing stolen property and obstructing an officer. Noldin was in possession of the stolen trailer, but denied he was the one who stole it. Noldin has been ordered to have no contact with Habitat for Humanity. His next court date is scheduled for Oct. 24.
