Crossroads of Door County Presents Various Programs

Crossroads at Big Creek will continue offering programming and educational opportunities Memorial Day Weekend.

Saturday, May 28 the Crossroads will host a variety of field trips through the Ridges Sanctuary’s Festival of Nature. For more information or to register for field trips visit http://www.RidgesSanctuary.org/FestivalOfNature.aspx.

Sunday, May 29 at 3 pm, Rachel Mallinger from UW-Oshkosh will present “Pollinator Information Exchange.” Millinger, who studies the pollinators of the apple orchards, will speak of her findings and share information on how to identify native wild bees. Sponsored by the Wild Ones of Door County, this program is free and open to the public.

Monday, May 30, the Collins Learning Center will be closed for Memorial Day, though the trails will remain open.
