Daniel Kane Hired as Director of EMS Communications

Daniel Kane was hired as director of the newly created Emergency Management – Communications Department for the county. He started his new role May 7. This new department will be located at the Justice Center and will manage Public Safety Communications and Emergency Management for the County. Daniel comes from the City of Appleton Health Department where he served as Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. County Administrator Ken Pabich stated, “Emergency Management and Public Safety Communications are critical services that are provided to our residents and visitors. Dan has the experience and knowledge to thrive in this position and we are excited to have Dan as part of our team.”
