DC Brewing Co. Releases L’été Seasonal on June 1

Door County Brewing Co. will release its summer Belgian seasonal, L’été, on June 1. A continuation of the brewery’s seasonal farmhouse ale series, L’été is Head Brewer Danny McMahon’s interpretation of everything he likes to see in a summer saison.

“Perfect for summer, L’été is about freshness and being outdoors. We’ve kept this beer at only 5.0 percent,” said McMahon. “This way you can have a few in a sitting, which is especially appreciated in warmer weather.”

L’été is brewed with locally grown Pilsner malt and wheat for a soft and simple beer. As with all of their seasonals, L’été uses in-house Belgian saison yeast blend for an earthy citrus note.
