DCHS Featured Pet: Misty

Misty is a two-year-old mix who was transferred to the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) Door County Campus from a crowded shelter in Mississippi. This Southern gal is full of energy and loves everyone she meets, especially if she gets a belly rub! Misty thinks cats are for chasing, not for snuggling, so she’s looking for a home without any felines. Like all dogs at WHS, she’s already been spayed,  vaccinated and microchipped, plus she goes home with a free bag of food and a lifetime of behavior support.

The WHS Door County Campus is located at 3475 Park Dr., across from Cherryland Airport in Sturgeon Bay. The campus is open for adoptions 12-6 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday; and 12-4 pm Saturday. For more information, call 920.746.1111.
