Door County Film Nominated for Best in the Midwest

An area independent film that was more than 10 years in the making has been nominated for Best Midwest-Made Feature by the 2023 MLC Awards, which take place June 24 at Aloft Green Bay. Confessions of a Sailor was filmed in Door County, and despite lengthy postproduction delays, film festivals are beginning to take notice.
