Door County Half Marathon Seeks Volunteers

Do you want to join the team working on one of Door County’s fastest-growing community events?

The Door County Half Marathon and Nicolet Bay 5k is looking for volunteers to help prepare for the 5th annual race May 5, 2012. Become one of the more than 200 volunteers who lend a hand leading up to and during the race. Duties include assembling runner’s packets for the 2,300 participants expected for the race, cleaning the course, and handing out medals as we give runners an unforgettable experience.

Volunteers are needed at the following times:

Monday, April 30: 9 am – 1 pm

Tuesday, May 1: 9 am – 1 pm

Wednesday, May 2: 5:30 – 8 pm

Friday, May 4: 1 – 9:30 pm

Saturday, May 5 (Race Day): 8 am – 3 pm
