Door County Humane Society Holds Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic Oct. 28

The Door County Humane Society will host a Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic on Oct. 28. This spay and neuter clinic is for friendly outdoor cats only. For only $65 cats will be spayed or neutered, snap tested for feline leukemia, given a rabies vaccine and will be ear tipped. The clinic will be held at Northern Door Pet Clinic located at 10393 Northwoods Drive, Sister Bay. “We request that all cats arrive in a pet crate and must be friendly enough to handle safely. Cats must be at least eight weeks old and weigh two pounds or more. To make this process as easy as possible cats should be dropped off at the Northern Door Pet Clinic at 8 am on Oct. 28 and must be picked up the same day by 4 pm,” explained Assistant Animal Care Coordinator Debbie Barnes.
