Door County YMCA to Host Community Health Fair

The Door County YMCA and the Parish Nurses Network of Door County will be holding their annual community health fair at the Door County YMCA, Sturgeon Bay Program Center Tuesday, Oct. 21 from 8:30 am – 1 pm.

The health fair is free and is open to the public with information for all ages to learn more about health needs and tips and advice for taking care of many current health concerns. Dozens of local businesses will be on hand to share health-related information and offer interactive free screenings throughout the day. There will also be door prizes and free refreshments in a mini-café.

Some of the offerings that will be available include foot massages, oxygen level testing, breast cancer risk assessment, vision screening, hearing tests, blood pressure screening, and a “shoo the flu” flu shot clinic.
