Doors Open to Sunset Hill Development

Action Realty and the Door County Economic Development Corporation held a ribbon cutting and open house for the Sunset Hills #2 workforce housing development in Sturgeon Bay Oct. 4. The first two homes of the 17-lot development were open for tours. The City of Sturgeon Bay created a down payment assistance program to provide $5,000 no-interest forgivable loans to help with the down payment for qualified homebuyers in the development.
