Eagles Beaten by Blazers in Girls Basketball

Southern Door’s girls basketball team lost at home Thursday in Packerland Conference action to NEW Lutheran, 40-36.

Payton Gilbertson accounted for half of the Eagles’ scoring with 18 points. Sophia Counard added eight points.

Southern Door, which dropped to 3-6 in the conference and 5-11 overall, returns to action Monday with a league game at Oconto.
