Farm Bureau Recipe Contest Held June 4

The Door County Farm Bureau Recipe Contest will be held June 4 at the Door County Farm Bureau Food Stand at the Sturgeon Bay fairgrounds beginning at 7 pm.

The entries – open to all categories – do not need to be original recipes, but they must include at least two dairy products. Eggs are not considered a dairy product. The food will be evaluated on appearance, taste, texture and use of dairy products. The difficulty level of the recipe will also be considered.

Door County residents of all ages can enter, they need not be a Farm Bureau member. One entry per person is allowed. Prizes will be awarded to the first, second and third place entries. The winning recipe will be featured in the Door County Farm Bureau newsletter.
