Featured Pet: Bruin

Meet Bruin, an eight-month-old party animal who lives for adventure! This floppy-eared friend is currently available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) Door County Campus. Still just a puppy, Bruin has plenty of energy and would love to live with an active family that will take him for walks, runs or hikes this summer. He was transferred to WHS from a crowded shelter in the south, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to find him a loving home up north.

Like all dogs from WHS, Bruin has already been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, plus he goes home with a starter bag of food, a certificate for a free veterinary exam and a lifetime of behavior support.

The WHS Door County Campus – at 3475 Park Dr., across from Cherryland Airport in Sturgeon Bay – is open for adoptions Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12-6 pm; and Saturday, 12-4 pm. To learn more, call 920.746.1111.
