Jacksonport Craft Cottage Gifts now features felted wool mittens by Marge. These mittens are made with recycled wool sweaters and are handcrafted. The wool is felted, the pattern cut out, and sweater pieces are mixed and matched to end up with one-of-a-kind mittens. There are a variety colors, both bright and muted, for men and women. The mittens are lined with fleece and will keep hands nice and warm during cold winter months. Felting makes the wool water repellent.
